Before our initial scheduled session you will fill out a questionnaire as well as sign a brief agreements form. 
 
This Consultation is recommended for folks who are either postpartum, who have menstrual imbalances, or who struggle with different reproductive health conditions such as uterine fibroids, cycsts, yeast infections, UTIs, dysmenorhea, vaginitis etc..
